Dubai is set to get its first residential clock tower, which is also set to be the tallest residential clock tower in the world, the building’s developers announced on Thursday.
The project was unveiled at an event to mark the collaboration between London Gate, UAE’s premium real estate developer and Franck Muller, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer in Dubai.
For three decades, Franck Muller has led the horology industry, and now, in a groundbreaking move, they enter real estate through a collaboration with London Gate. The much-anticipated 450m development in Dubai Marina aims to be the world’s tallest residential tower, a branded residential tower, and the tallest residential clock tower. Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, expressed excitement about this partnership, envisioning the project as a testament to their commitment to crafting unparalleled living spaces that resonate with Franck Muller’s essence and prestige. This marks Franck Muller’s debut in real estate, promising an exclusive branded residential experience.
Franck Muller’s venture into real estate with London Gate takes an iconic turn as the tower is aptly named Aeternitas, mirroring the complexity and sophistication of Franck Muller’s eponymous watch. The Aeternitas watch is renowned as one of the world’s most intricate timepieces, boasting an astounding 36 complications and 1,483 components. Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller, expressed delight in expanding into the Middle East through this strategic partnership with London Gate, bringing the brand’s heritage of excellence into the realm of real estate.
