Dar Al Arkan, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, has joined forces with Italian hypercar maker Pagani Automobili to unveil the DaVinci Residential Tower in Dubai. The collaboration marks significant milestones for both entities, showcasing Dar Al Arkan’s regional expansion and Pagani’s entrance into the Middle East real estate market.
The AED800 million ($218 million) DaVinci Residential Tower is situated on the Dubai Water Canal, offering breathtaking views in the heart of the city near iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. The tower reflects a sculptured haven amidst the bustling metropolis.
Horacio Pagani, Founder & Chief Designer of Pagani Automobili, expressed delight at the collaboration, emphasizing the unique design philosophy that combines form and function to create exclusive, handmade objects. The tower is named after Leonardo Da Vinci, serving as a tribute to the renowned artist and inventor.
Vice Chairman Ziad El Chaar highlighted the collaboration with exclusive partners, stating that the DaVinci Tower aims to deliver ultimate living spaces with meticulous attention to detail and unmatched quality. The construction is set to be completed before mid-2023, positioning the project as a benchmark of quality and detailing comparable to London’s One Hyde Park.
The DaVinci Tower offers upscale one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a lavish penthouse featuring exquisite Pagani interiors. The residences are fully furnished, capturing the distinctive Pagani style, and come in various sizes. The tower boasts amenities such as a sky garden, swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and a grand lobby with round-the-clock security and concierge services.
El Chaar emphasized the commitment to providing residents with a five-star living experience, combining stunning views of Dubai with impressive common areas.
