Real estate developer R.Evolution recently announced the signing of a pivotal contract with the International Foundation Group (IFG) for the groundbreaking Eywa building project. To mark this significant collaboration, a ceremony was conducted at the Eywa offices, attended by R.Evolution Chairman Aleksejs Zagrebeļnijs, Acting CEO/General Manager of IFG Reyad Qazaq, and other distinguished guests. IFG’s selection as a work partner stems from its distinguished expertise in piling, shoring, earthworks, and dewatering.

The Eywa development places a substantial emphasis on water planning, featuring a captivating waterfall at the entrance and three enticing swimming pools on the first-floor terrace.

Moreover, each Eywa apartment includes a personal 2×3 swimming pool, and both residences and amenities incorporate water structuring filters with crystals. Eywa is dedicated to sustainable development, prioritizing comprehensive water management.
