The initial contract, exceeding AED210 million in worth, was awarded to China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group via its Dubai branch. The project encompasses the construction of 439 villas and townhouses situated in the Natura cluster within DAMAC Hills 2.

Infranets Contracting secured the second contract, valued at AED7 million, pertaining to the development of roads and infrastructure for the Farmhouse, Verona, Natura, and Violet clusters
