The Franck Muller Aeternitas stands at an impressive 450 meters and features a Franck Muller clock atop, providing stunning panoramic views of the Dubai Marina. Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, emphasized the commitment to revolutionize luxury living and redefine the skyline through a strategic partnership with Franck Muller. The tower will be home to an exclusive collection of London Gate residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, as well as sky mansions.
London Gate has collaborated with the One Broker Group to introduce a flexible payment plan with a 40/60 structure, ensuring accessibility to this unparalleled luxury experience. The pricing for the project starts at Dh1.6 million, making it an attractive prospect for potential residents.
