On Tuesday, the Dubai real estate market experienced a busy day with recorded transaction deals amounting to $816.8 million (AED3 billion).
The property deals on Tuesday comprised 530 sales transactions totaling AED2.35 billion, 135 mortgage deals totaling AED564.27 million, and 55 gift deals totaling AED180.68 million, as per data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Within the sales category, there were 494 villas and apartments valued at AED1.15 billion, along with 36 land plots valued at AED1.2 billion.
The mortgage deals encompassed 114 villas and apartments valued at AED284.27 million and 21 land plots valued at AED280 million.
Last week, the city’s real estate sector witnessed significant activity with property transactions reaching $3.9 billion (AED14.2 billion), marking one of the most substantial weeks for the sector.
According to DLD data, a total of 4,123 transactions were registered in the week ending January 26.
