Himanshu Niranjani has been named Chief Technology Officer, and Vladimir Malugin has been appointed as UAE Country Manager by Property Finder as part of its strategy to sustain growth in the Dubai real estate sector.
In response to the evolving role of proptech in real estate, these recent hires aim to lay the foundation for better-informed decision-making among property seekers, driven by trust, transparency, technology, and talent.
Assuming a newly established position at Property Finder, Himanshu brings with him extensive experience leading various businesses in the Silicon Valley.

With over 23 years of experience in the industry, Himanshu, a dedicated engineering executive, initially began his career as a software engineer.
Within Meta, he has successfully led multiple organizations and served as the inaugural CTO at Visible, orchestrating the transformation of the all-digital telco platform under the Verizon network.
During his tenure at Amazon, Himanshu played a pivotal role in launching the video recommendations engine across more than 180 countries.
Specializing in the creation of seamless user experiences, he focuses on delivering both customer retention and long-term business revenues.
As a highly skilled technology leader with extensive experience in large-scale engineering and architecture, Himanshu has founded two successful start-ups—a capital fund emphasizing talent-based investments and a nonprofit dedicated to tech leadership development.

In the pursuit of accelerating business operations in the UAE, Vladimir Malugin has been appointed as the UAE Country Manager for Property Finder.
With 14 years in the technology sector, Vladimir has made significant contributions to various private-equity, public, and private companies, including HTC, Polaroid, and Eastman Kodak, in roles spanning general management, product, marketing, and business development.
Before joining Property Finder, Vladimir spent 11 years in fintech as the Chief Commercial Officer at PayU, a rapidly growing digital payments provider.
