Emaar Properties has revealed its blueprints for The Oasis, their latest expansive mixed-use development sprawling across more than 100 million square feet in Dubai. Envisioned with an approximate investment of $20 billion, the endeavor will encompass a collection of over 7,000 opulent residential units, predominantly consisting of deluxe townhouses, villas, mansions, and super-mansions distributed over generous plots. The project will also boast an array of recreational facilities, including parks, jogging trails, and water canals, covering a quarter of the total land area.

Dubai’s The Oasis by Emaar plans revealed
Situated on the fringes of Dubai, The Oasis will cover more than 100 million square feet, marking it as one of the Emirate’s most expansive developments thus far.
The initiative aims to establish itself as a leading luxurious destination, offering an ultra-contemporary lifestyle for its inhabitants.
Furthermore, the emphasis lies on providing opulent residential options within a resort-like ambiance, designed to appeal to affluent citizens of Dubai, as well as residents and global clientele.
Residents at The Oasis have the opportunity to enjoy four championship golf courses in close proximity. Furthermore, it is conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
Moreover, The Oasis is positioned within an 18-minute radius of Al Maktoum International Airport, with Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Marina, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Mall, and downtown Dubai all located nearby.

Total development value rises to AED73 billion, Emaar announces
Emaar recently announced a significant expansion of The Oasis, increasing the total development value by 108 percent from AED 34 billion to AED 73 billion. However, specific details regarding the new number of units or amenities resulting from the expanded space have not yet been disclosed.
The expansion aims to enhance the project’s green spaces and landscapes, thereby raising the standard of luxury living in a lush, nature-inspired environment.
“Through The Oasis’ expansion, this exceptional development is not only growing in size but also in its vision, enabling us to introduce significant new projects to the market and further enhancing Emaar’s sales performance. The AED 73 billion investment underscores Emaar’s commitment to creating living spaces that blend luxury and sustainability, positioning The Oasis as a prime example of integrating lavish living with a greener future in Dubai’s dynamic landscape,” stated Alabbar.

The unveiling of the project took place in June 2023 at Dubai’s Armani Hotel, with the presence of Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan. He commended Emaar for its dedication to consistently bringing forth extraordinary urban wonders.
“With each unveiling by Emaar, we witness the birth of a new destination that stands as a masterpiece in its own right, exemplified by The Oasis by Emaar, the celebration of which we are partaking in tonight,” Khan remarked.
The development of The Oasis by Emaar commenced in 2023.
The Oasis by Emaar: Palmiera Residences
Located near key thoroughfares such as Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road and the upcoming extension of Al Khail Road, this sprawling 100 million square foot project ensures a serene retreat while also being conveniently situated near Dubai’s main attractions.
Palmiera at The Oasis presents generously sized villas with 4 to 5 bedrooms, set across vast land parcels.
“In each residence, you’ll find inviting entrances and spacious interiors, all flowing seamlessly onto private gardens that connect to the adjacent water canal,” stated Emaar in their brochure.

The exclusive community center offers residents access to luxurious amenities such as a lagoon pool, gym, wellness areas, and multi-purpose rooms.
Moreover, there are additional facilities such as parks, playgrounds, sports courts, an outdoor jogging/cycling track, beaches, mosques, and schools, providing residents with a variety of options to maintain their health and fitness levels.
Villa prices start from AED8.5 million, according to the official Emaar website.
Emaar is poised to unveil the upcoming phase of new residential clusters situated in The Oasis beginning April 2024.
