Dubai’s development giant Emaar unveiled plans for a new masterplan in the city with a focus on health and wellness during a grand event held at the Armani Hotel on Monday, May 20th. The Heights Country Club & Wellness community, spanning 81 million square feet, will feature over 11,400 residential units, aiming to provide an exclusive retreat lifestyle.
The master community was introduced with numerous VIP guests, investors, and stakeholders in attendance.
The AED55 billion development will combine high-quality amenities with serene landscapes to create a sustainable residential hub that promotes health and wellbeing in Dubai. The project’s strategic location, just 10 minutes from the expanding Al Maktoum International Airport, highlights its accessibility and convenience. The airport’s expansion is set to make it the world’s largest, with a capacity to handle 260 million passengers annually.
Emaar’s vision for The Heights features stylish townhouses and semi-attached villas that combine linear forms with graceful curves, reflecting the natural surroundings.
