Dubai real estate sector recorded $2.5bn of transactions last week, including luxury Armani Beach Residences in Palm Jumeirah

The Dubai real estate sector experienced $2.5 billion in transactions last week, including the sale of two luxury Armani Beach Residences apartments.

According to data from the Land Department, the Dubai real estate sector saw transactions exceeding AED9.19 billion ($2.5 billion) last week.

Sales were the major contributors, amounting to AED6.59 billion ($1.8 billion), as reported by the Land Department.

In total, 2,115 sales transactions were documented between June 17 and June 21.

Dubai real estate this week

The top sales transactions listed on the Land Department website include:

An apartment in Orla Infinity by Omniyat, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED 75 million ($20.4 million).
An apartment sold in Armani Beach Residences, Palm Jumeirah, for AED 34.4 million ($9.4 million).
An apartment in Armani Beach Residences, Dubai Water Canal, sold for AED 30.9 million ($8.4 million).
Additionally, mortgage deals last week totaled AED 2.42 billion ($659 million), according to the Land Department.

Gift transactions during the same period were valued at AED 181 million ($49 million).
