Palm Jebel Ali to Launch in 2026 After Selling 700 Homes

Nakheel, the project’s developer, has been awarded a contract worth AED810 million for marine works. Construction on the main road connecting the island to Sheikh Zayed Road is also progressing.

Palm Jebel Ali is projected to be three times larger than Palm Jumeirah. The island will feature 16 fronds and several additional islands, attracting interest from wealthy investors from Europe and Asia.

Villa units are being sold for between AED20 million and AED50 million. The project will cover 13.4 kilometers, include 16 fronds, and offer 91 kilometers of beachfront, supporting the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan’s objective of increasing public beach access.

Since the fourth quarter of 2023, Palm Jebel Ali has seen a quarterly price increase of 3 to 5 percent, rising from AED2,578 per square foot to AED2,717 in the first quarter and AED2,794 by the end of the second quarter.
