Azizi Developments, a private UAE developer, has revealed plans for Burj Azizi, a 725-meter skyscraper that will become the second tallest building in the world.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the project is set for completion by 2028.
The 131+ storey tower will launch sales in February 2025, offering a seven-star hotel, residences, including penthouses and holiday homes, along with amenities such as wellness centers, swimming pools, and cinemas.

Burj Azizi will include penthouses, apartments, holiday homes, and a seven-star hotel inspired by seven different cultural themes.
It will set multiple world records, including the highest hotel lobby, nightclub, observation deck, and restaurant in Dubai.
The tower will feature a vertical retail center, luxury ballroom, beach club, wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, and gyms.
As the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will offer a complete living and leisure experience, with high-end dining, mini markets, resident lounges, and children’s play areas.
