Dubai real estate sector recorded $1.7bn of transactions last week, including Bluewaters apartment sold for $23m

The Dubai real estate sector registered $1.7bn in transactions during a shorter week due to the Eid Al Etihad holidays.

The Land Department reported AED6.28bn ($1.7bn) worth of transactions last week.

Sales accounted for AED4.89bn ($1.3bn), according to Land Department data.

A total of 1,922 sales transactions were recorded between December 2 and December 9.

Dubai Real Estate This Week
The most expensive sales transactions listed by the Land Department included:

  • An apartment in Bluewaters Residences 9 sold for AED84m ($22.9m)
  • An office in Enara by Omniyat sold for AED71.64m ($19.5m)
  • An apartment in Ela Residences by Omniyat sold for AED69m ($18.8m)

The Land Department also recorded mortgage deals worth AED1.04bn ($283m) last week.

Gift transactions during the same period were valued at AED348m ($95m).
