Dubai real estate sector recorded $4.6bn of transactions last week

Dubai’s real estate sector recorded transactions totaling AED17.05bn ($4.6bn) last week, as per data from the Land Department.

Sales transactions made up the bulk of this figure, amounting to AED12.31bn ($3.4bn), according to the Land Department’s records.

A total of 4,153 sales transactions were recorded between February 3 and February 7.

Dubai Real Estate This Week

Among the highest-value sales transactions listed by the Land Department were:

  • An apartment in The Rings, Jumeirah, sold for AED116m ($31.6m).
  • An apartment in Alba Residences, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED65m ($17.7m).
  • An apartment in Serenia Residences, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED58m ($15.8m).

Additionally, mortgage transactions during the same period amounted to AED4.15bn ($1.1bn), while gift transactions were valued at AED586m ($160m).
