Real estate professionals Alex Zagrebleny and Ben Bandari offer their insights on creating Dubai’s most health-conscious residential complex, where a fusion of ancient knowledge and cutting-edge technology takes place.

On the latest AB Majlis podcast episode, R.Evolution Real Estate’s CEO, Alex Zagrebleny, revealed that their upcoming residential tower is poised to become the globe’s “most health-conscious building.” During the discussion with senior reporter Tala Michel Issa and Dubai-based luxury property broker Ben Bandari, who is also the producer of the popular show Million Dollar Listing UAE, the CEO elaborated on his innovative approach. He explained how the revolutionary concept blends ancient wisdom with cutting-edge technologies to ensure the well-being of residents in the iconic tower.
Scheduled for completion in 2026, the residential project incorporates biophilic and biomimetic design elements, drawing inspiration from nature, as highlighted by the CEO while outlining his ambitious vision for EYWA residents.
Expressing a passion for ancient wisdom, Zagrebleny strives to integrate it into all his real estate developments, aiming to craft an environment where individuals can enjoy enhanced health, happiness, and longevity.
By combining ancient knowledge with cutting-edge modern technologies, Zagrebleny envisions EYWA as a revolutionary generation of 21st-century buildings, dubbing it the ‘Building Mother.’
Bandari commended EYWA’s forward-thinking approach, asserting that the project is a logical choice for his affluent clientele focused on well-being, longevity, and luxury, describing it as a “no-brainer.”
The objective of the development is to enhance exposure to natural elements such as sunlight, greenery, and water views at every opportunity. State-of-the-art high-tech sensors will be utilized to monitor air quality, light levels, noise, and vibrations to optimize the living experience for each resident.
“I find that the term luxury has been excessively used in the market. Everyone claims to offer luxury, and I am quite selective. That’s why I pause when initiating projects, but when I encountered Alex and heard about his vision and everything that EYWA has to offer, it stands as the most health-conscious building globally. This is what people desire,” expressed Bandari.
“People are inclined towards well-being, spirituality, and ultimately, good health. Without health, one truly has nothing.”
Wellness will be seamlessly woven into every aspect of life at EYWA. Alongside upscale contemporary residences, amenities will encompass a comprehensive health clinic, meditation zones, a spa, yoga spaces, and a unique crystal garden.
“EYWA represents the pinnacle of sustainability. It serves as a manifesto for my life vision and for the company. We must minimize our impact on the planet because our civilization has, at this point, significantly harmed the Earth. We extract numerous resources without giving back, leading to a disconnect with nature. That’s why, with EYWA, my aim is to reconnect people with nature, harmonize nature and the city, and employ the most sustainable practices to minimize our impact,” explained Zagrebleny.
By prioritizing community and incorporating innovative design, EYWA seeks to transform wellness from an individual endeavor into a collective lifestyle. Zagrebleny has also expressed his plans to extend this model to Abu Dhabi and, ultimately, globally, reaching cities such as Los Angeles and Miami.
