Aldar Group, based in Abu Dhabi, has revealed Athlon, its second residential development in Dubai, created in collaboration with Dubai Holding. The name draws inspiration from the Greek term meaning ‘place of contest,’ and Aldar describes it as a pioneering ‘active living’ concept tailored for Dubai, emphasizing principles of active living. Following the positive reception of Haven by Aldar, introduced in late 2023, Athlon marks the joint venture’s second residential endeavor in the emirate.
Aldar Athlon prices starting from AED2.8 million
The sales of units at the first phase of development will commence on 7th May, featuring prices starting from AED2.8 million.
Situated adjacent to Global Village, Athlon offers a lush and luxurious environment characterized by seamlessly interconnected green spaces. These spaces blend athletic areas with verdant walkways and vibrant parks, offering tailored activities for people of all ages and interests.
Athlon integrates experiences that promote movement, energy, clarity, flow, and balance throughout its natural landscape. State-of-the-art amenities, including a café, massage rooms, jacuzzi, sauna, yoga room, a modern gym, and an imaginative kids’ playroom, complement this environment.
At the heart of Athlon lies a central park surrounded by four additional parks – Adventure, Play, Wellness, and Valley – along with seven clubhouses. These elements weave dedicated zones for fitness and socializing throughout the community, offering over 10 kilometers of tracks, trails, and loops. Moreover, the cycling loop directly connects to Al Qudra’s cycling track.
Within the vicinity of the parks, construction is underway for 1,492 residential units, ranging from three- to four-bedroom townhouses, three- to five-bedroom villas, and four- to six-bedroom premium villas.
