A Dubai real estate developer announces the launch of Electra Tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, featuring theme park-style attractions at affordable prices.
A Dubai real estate developer has introduced a tower in Jumeirah Village Circle featuring theme park-style amenities such as private pools, a water park, a bowling alley, a cinema, and a games arcade.
Acube Developments has unveiled Electra, a 38-floor residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, offering residents over 50 amenities.
Construction is scheduled to commence in Q2 2024, with handover expected in Q2 2027.

Inspired by the blue-white star in the constellation Taurus, Electra will feature 278 luxurious apartments, including studios, and one, two, and three-bedroom units. Each apartment is equipped with Bosch appliances, Roca sanitary ware, impeccable finishings, and a beautifully crafted Italian kitchen.
All units come with the latest smart home solutions and are fully furnished, offering three different furniture design options to choose from.
Two-bedroom apartments will include large terrace pools measuring 4.6m by 1.8m.

Residents of Electra will enjoy a beach-themed pool, private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a mini golf area, a bowling alley, indoor and outdoor play areas, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, an indoor children’s cinema, and picnic areas. This is made possible through our collaboration with Sanderson Global Consultancy to develop more than 50 unique amenities exclusively for residents.
Sanderson Global is responsible for developing attractions at many of the world’s renowned theme parks, including Sea World, Universal Studios Singapore, and Dubai Parks and Resorts, among others.
Ground floor amenities provide residents with business and work facilities such as co-working spaces, a business lounge for meetings, a library, valet service, and a coffee station.
The podium level will feature family amenities, including an arcade and interactive games center, as well as a cinema.
The 37th and 38th floors are designed for adults, offering a gym, yoga and aerobics rooms, a cinema, sauna, and steam rooms, with the 38th floor also boasting a large, 18-meter-long sky pool.
Residents will also have access to picnic, barbecue, and pizza areas for entertaining family and guests.
Electra will include commercial spaces for shops and other services.
Residents will benefit from JVC’s strategic location, providing easy access to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall, Global Village, and both of Dubai’s airports.
