OMNIYAT Unveils Bespoke Division Alongside Luna Sky Palace Launch
Dubai developer OMNIYAT has introduced OMNIYAT Bespoke, a division dedicated to crafting custom residences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
This launch coincides with the unveiling of Luna Sky Palace at ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai.
Spanning 58,476 square feet over three levels, Luna Sky Palace boasts a 13,500-square-foot rooftop garden with a 36-meter infinity pool. The residence includes private lobby lounges, a personal assistant’s office, a wellness spa with fitness facilities, and parking for 10 vehicles.
OMNIYAT’s journey into bespoke luxury began with One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, which set the record as Dubai’s most valuable residence in 2017.
The company later created the Sky Palace at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, breaking sales records for Palm Jumeirah properties.
