Dubai real estate sales easier than ever as Land Department teams up with major developers

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has partnered with seven major developers in Dubai to reduce transaction times by granting them access to DLD’s registration systems for managing real estate transactions.

This collaboration aims to enhance cooperation with the private sector and improve public services through DLD’s electronic systems, simplifying procedures and speeding up transaction times.

The agreement involves Emaar Properties, DAMAC, Binghatti Properties, Aldar Properties, Sobha Realty, Azizi Developments, and Danube.

These developers will use DLD’s advanced registration systems to offer efficient and high-quality services to Land Department clients.

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, stated that this partnership is designed to boost market confidence, protect investor rights, and streamline procedures under transparent governance standards.

Strengthening partnerships with the private sector and integrating government services are key priorities to provide proactive real estate services, increase sector confidence and transparency, and ensure sustainability and future readiness.
