The Dubai real estate sector recorded over AED12.9 billion ($3.5 billion) in transactions last week, as reported by the Land Department.
Sales transactions dominated the figures, amounting to AED10.43 billion ($2.8 billion), according to the Land Department data.
A total of 2,928 sales transactions were recorded between July 8 and July 12.

Among the top sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
– An apartment in One Canal, sold for AED33 million ($9 million)
– A second apartment in One Canal, sold for AED28 million ($7.66 million)
– An apartment in Baccarat Residences, near the Burj Khalifa, sold for AED27.6 million ($7.5 million)
The Land Department also reported mortgage deals worth AED1.86 billion ($506.4 million) last week.
Gift transactions during the same period were valued at AED592 million ($161.2 million).
