The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED13.58bn ($3.7bn) in transactions last week, according to Land Department data.
Sales accounted for AED10.42bn ($2.8bn), with a total of 3,894 sales transactions registered between December 9 and December 13.

Among the most expensive sales listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in Dorchester Collection, Business Bay, sold for AED57.5m ($15.7m)
- An apartment in Ela Residences by Omniyat, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED40.6m ($11m)
- An apartment in Marina Apartments, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED37.25m ($10.1m)
Mortgage deals during the same period totaled AED2.27bn ($618m).
Gift transactions were valued at AED889m ($242m).
