Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach $4.7bn with 3,886 Sales Last Week

Dubai’s real estate sector recorded transactions totaling AED17.28bn ($4.7bn) last week, according to the Land Department.

Sales transactions accounted for AED12.91bn ($3.5bn), dominating the overall figures.

Between March 17 and March 21, a total of 3,886 sales transactions were recorded.

Notable Transactions This Week

Among the highest-value property sales listed on the Land Department website were:

  • An apartment in AVA at Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat, sold for AED73.4m ($20m).
  • An apartment in The Alba Residences by Omniyat, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED50.86m ($13.8m).
  • Another apartment in The Alba Residences by Omniyat, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED49.48m ($13.5m).

Additionally, mortgage transactions during the same period amounted to AED3.52bn ($958.4m).

Gift transactions were valued at AED850.6m ($231.7m) last week.
