The Dubai real estate sector recorded over AED14.65bn ($4bn) in transactions last week, according to Land Department data.
Sales accounted for AED10.93bn ($3bn) of the total, with 3,530 sales transactions recorded between August 19 and August 23.
Among the top sales transactions listed by the Land Department were:
An apartment in Vela by Omniyat sold for AED42.9m ($11.7m)
An apartment in Six Senses Residence The Palm sold for AED32.8m ($8.9m)
An apartment in Eden House The Canal sold for AED30m ($8.1m)
Mortgage deals during this period amounted to AED2.63bn ($716.1m).
Gift transactions were valued at AED1.09bn ($297m).
