Dubai Real Estate Records $7 Billion in Transactions, Over 8,300 Sales in One Week
Dubai’s property market continued its strong momentum, recording AED25.88 billion ($7 billion) in total transactions between July 7 and 11, according to the Dubai Land Department.
Sales transactions made up the majority, amounting to AED22.04 billion ($6.7 billion), with a total of 8,328 properties sold during the week.
High-Value Sales:
Among the priciest transactions during the week were:

A unit at Six Senses Residences The Palm, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED116 million ($31.6 million)

A residence at The Alba Residences, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED70 million ($19 million)

A unit at Ava by Omniyat, also on Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED64.5 million ($17.5 million)
Mortgage and Gift Transactions:
Mortgage agreements reached AED2.87 billion ($781 million), while gift transactions totaled AED966 million ($264 million), based on Land Department data.
