Expo City announces new luxury serviced apartments

The upcoming Expo City Dubai development will include 150 apartments, comprising 1 and 2 bedrooms, complete with kitchens and balconies.

Expo City Dubai has revealed intentions for broadening its hospitality amenities with a forthcoming Cheval Collection serviced apartment project.

Scheduled for a 2025 debut, Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will transform the former Leadership Pavilion building situated at the heart of the city.

Encompassing 150 apartments comprising 1 and 2 bedrooms, the property will boast kitchens and balconies for each unit. In addition, residents will enjoy access to amenities such as a gym, rooftop pool, and event spaces.

Two current royal suites within the building will also remain for residential use.

“This exciting collaboration with Cheval Collection marks a significant milestone as our city progresses into a vibrant destination of the future, offering accommodation options suitable for all visitors and residents – whether they’re here for a short stay, an extended period, or choosing to make the city their permanent home.

“As a dynamic and expanding center for business, innovation, culture, and entertainment, and a preferred destination for globally renowned events, it’s imperative that we provide a diverse range of hospitality amenities for those seeking to fully experience everything our city has to offer. This new Cheval property underscores our dedication to sustainable development and strengthens our position as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers,” stated Ahmed Al Khatib, Expo City Dubai’s Chief Development & Delivery Officer.

The serviced apartments will complement the existing accommodation and residential options in Expo City, attracting both short-term and long-term visitors.

They will be conveniently situated within walking distance of attractions at the former Expo 2020 site and will benefit from excellent Metro and airport connections.

This will mark Cheval Collection’s second property in the Middle East, further expanding its footprint in Dubai.

“We are honored to collaborate with Expo City Dubai in enhancing this prominent city and contributing to the emirate’s transformation into a leading global destination. Dubai is renowned for its luxury innovation, and we believe the Cheval Maison brand aligns perfectly with Expo City. We are excited to commence the year with this announcement and anticipate additional partnerships in dynamic locations throughout 2024 as we continue to pursue our growth strategy through management contracts,” stated Mohammed S. Alawadhi, Managing Director of Cheval Collection.
