Dubai developer Meraas announced the completion and handover of seven ultra-luxury waterfront mansions on Jumeira Bay Island, developed in collaboration with Italian luxury brand Bvlgari.
The Bvlgari Ocean Mansions, spanning nearly 10,000 square feet with five bedrooms each, feature an over-water design and infinity pools blending seamlessly with the Arabian Gulf.
Designed by Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and constructed by Innovo Group, these mansions are part of Jumeira Bay Island, home to the Bvlgari Resort Dubai and the world’s first Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club.
“This collaboration has created one of Dubai’s most exclusive residential destinations,” said Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, which owns Meraas.
The project highlights the growing demand for ultra-luxury properties in Dubai, as the high-end real estate market continues to grow despite global economic challenges.
Each mansion features glazed terracotta roofs, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and expansive skylights, offering abundant natural light and panoramic sea views. The mansions follow the island’s curve, creating the illusion of floating above the water.
Residents will enjoy access to the facilities and services of the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, including private beaches, landscaped gardens, and dining options.
The handover ceremony took place at the Bvlgari Yacht Club on Jumeira Bay Island, an exclusive destination for affluent buyers seeking waterfront living in Dubai.
