A three-bedroom penthouse encompassing the entire top floor at Nobu Residences has been purchased for AED137 million ($37,308,305.80 approximately), marking the highest price per square meter paid for a residential property in Abu Dhabi.
Exceeding previous records in the capital, this sale, valued at over AED96,000 per square meter, follows Aldar’s recent transaction of a four-bedroom duplex sky villa within the same Nobu Residences development, sold for AED130 million.
Talal Al Dhiyebi, Aldar’s Group Chief Executive Officer, remarked, “The landmark transaction at Nobu Residences not only establishes a new standard for residential properties in Abu Dhabi but also signifies the maturation of the real estate market.
