The area features a mix of high-rise developments encompassing offices, banks, retail spaces, residences, luxury hotels, dining, and entertainment options. Spanning 79,975,854 sq. ft., Business Bay will eventually boast 240 skyscrapers, complemented by Dubai Water Canal, hosting restaurants, cultural venues, and the renowned aqua theatre, La Perle.
