The Palm Crown : The Pointee to be redeveloped into 38 Luxury Villas

Introducing The Palm Crown…

The Pointe, originally established as a dining and entertainment hub atop the Palm Jumeirah in December 2018, underwent confirmation of redevelopment by Nakheel in May 2023. Despite Nakheel not officially disclosing plans for The Pointe, various real estate firms have now provided details about the upcoming project known as The Palm Crown.

Contrary to initial speculation when tenants received 12-month notices last May, it appears that the area is set to undergo redevelopment for 38 upscale residential villas. According to the master plan outlined on Prop Search, the shorefront will feature 18 Crown Views plots, each with its private beach and facing Atlantis. Additionally, 20 Crown Garden Villas will be positioned amidst lush green landscaping on either side of the metro line, occupying the current parking space.

Officially, Nakheel has not provided any details regarding the pricing or timeline for the development.

In addition to undoubtedly luxurious villas, The Palm Crown will offer various amenities for the fortunate residents. The plan incorporates multiple green spaces and a Clubhouse with a swimming pool cascading down to the beach at the heart of the development.

As Dubai’s real estate sector thrives, several opulent residences, such as those from SLS, Six Senses, and Dorchester Collection, are already in the process of development on Palm Jumeirah.

A stunning new skyscraper, Como Residences, is set to grace the trunk of The Palm. Inspired by its waterfront surroundings, the futuristic design mirrors rolling ocean waves on each floor. Not only will the tower’s distinctive design set it apart, but its impressive height of 75 floors will also make it the tallest building on the Palm Jumeirah, surpassing the current record held by the 52-floor Palm Tower located at the center of the trunk.
